Our Policies
All babies are sold on a first come, first served
basis.
We recommend putting your name on a waiting list when there are eggs
or hatched babies available, as they go pretty fast.
After babies have been pulled for handfeeding,
prospective buyers will be contacted, in the order they were placed on the list,
to see if they are still interested, at which time **a 50% NON-refundable
deposit will be required to hold the bird**. If a deposit is not received within
3 days*, the bird will be placed back up for sale.
You are welcome to make payments on your baby
while it is handfeeding. These payments are also NON-refundable.
This is because once the baby is "yours", we will turn down other prospective
buyers. This would also be the time to have your bird DNA'd. I do
not DNA for a specific sex. I only DNA your bird after its purchase if
you'd like to know what gender it is. The charge to have your baby DNA'd
is $19.
Deposit may be transferred to another bird should your bird become unavailable.
Should another bird not be available, a full refund will be issued.
*We currently accept personal checks for
deposits ONLY and the baby must be less than 4 weeks old. After that, all payments must be made in cash, postal money
order, or Walmart Moneygram. (I'm sorry, but we are no longer accepting
PayPal.)
